2What are the requirements for payment?
Dues are due at the 1st of the month with a 10 day leeway ($25.00 late fee may be incurred). The Board and Management recommend paying via the portal. It is the safest and easiest way to make sure your payment is on time. If you have not signed up for the portal, we start there. Remember, although using autopay is the easiest way for you to make sure your payments are on time, you are NOT required to sign up for the autopay method.

5Where Do I Park?
Each unit has 2 garage spaces. There are 5 on-site visitor spaces, along with street parking in designated areas on a first come first serve basis.

6Can I make external structural modifications to my unit?
No use of the Condominium may alter the design of any building or affect its exterior appearance without the prior written approval of the Board of Directors. For more details see article VIII, Alterations and use Restrictions, of the Declaration
7Can I rent my unit?
Yes - A lease must be in writing for a term of not less than four (4) months. Must have prior written approval of the Association. For specific information about renting units at this condominium, see Declaration , 8.07

10What is the pet policy?
Unit owner shall be allowed to keep up to: (i) two (2) cats or one (1) dog per Unit; or (ii) one (1) doge and one (1) cat per Unit; or (iii) subject to a combined weight limit of fifty (50) pounds, two (2) dogs per unit. No Rottweilers or Pit Bulls shall be allowed anywhere within the Condominium. Animals shall be carried or kept on a leash at all times when not in the units. In addition to cats and dogs, small animals that are kept in a cage or tank may also be permitted with Association approval. All animals shall not unreasonable disturb other condominium residents and shall not be left unattended in nay portion of the Common Elements. All animals must be registered with the Association and Owners of animals shall be pecuniarily liable for damage caused by their animals. Kennels shall be kept inside their respective owner’s Unit. Unit Owners are responsible for the immediate clean-up for their animals regardless of the circumstances.
